Jesse Bahrke – Owner / Head Coach
Jesse began his career at a physical therapy office where he gained experienced with different injures and complications. This experience was incredibly valuable for many of his clients that have come to him for training, as some are recently out of a surgery or have chronic conditions. During his time there he was also coaching boot camp classes and ran speed and agility camps. After completing school and the NASM certification, he worked for Equinox where he acquired multiple certifications and furthered his education in personal training.
It was while working at Equinox where he stumbled upon CrossFit. It completely changed the way he looked at training for himself and for others. The functional and varied movements in CrossFit along with a healthy little dose of competition had him hooked for life. He soon became an L1 verified CrossFit coach and started coaching classes part time at Windy City CrossFit. Part time turned into full time and he never looked back. In 2015 he had an incredible opportunity to be involved in opening CrossFit Breakout in Wheeling, which brought him back to the suburbs. Opening a box of his own in Wauconda, closer to friends and family has been a wonderful experience.

Isaiah Olofson – Coach
Tony Scotti – Coach
Tony’s fitness journey began when he was very young. Having grown up with a brother that was paralyzed as a result of cerebral palsy, Tony was inspired to be grateful for everything that he has. Tony believes that exercise and proper nutrition are the keys to health and happiness.
In 2012 Tony found CrossFit and realized it was an efficient, effective, and functional form of exercise. However, what really drew him into Crossfit was the unique sense of community lacking with a typical gym. The community is by far the biggest benefit of CrossFit. Tony joined CrossFit Wauconda in 2015 and has never looked back.

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
